I brush miss Frankie aka Madame Francine here semi regularly. But no matter how long I do it for, it never seems to make a difference. Today I decided to use a new technique and boy did she have a lot to get rid of. This isn’t even all of it; I’d already thrown away about half this amount before i decided to take a picture.
Unless I’m missing a time where she was, Alexis is never shown drunk or high. She drinks on a few occasions, but always keeps her wits about her.
David is super high on a couple occasions, and he gets drunk at the hotel where he sings Mariah Carey karaoke (Carey-oke ?).
Johnny gets hammered when he’s in his feelings for being the only one in the family without a job.
Moira is shown drunk and/or high plenty of times.
I just thought it was a neat detail that the arguably most chaotic and reckless member of the Rose family, who has so many stories of near-death, completely avoidable experiences, is the only one to not lose her cool with substances. I mean, even Ted gets a little too drunk at Patrick’s party and he’s the most responsible guy ever!
It’s Saturday morning. I woke up much earlier than expected. Let’s go for a run on the treadmill, I say with enthusiasm.
I go to my apartment gym. The last working treadmill out of 3 is now not working. I write an email to the office letting them know. Plan B: Let’s go for a run outside! It’s such a beautiful morning, I say.
20 minutes in and I’m feeling great. It’s cool outside and I’m in the zone. That is, until I pass under some trees lining the sidewalk and feel raindrops splatter on me. Except it’s not raindrops. A bird in the tree has taken a shit directly upon me. But not just a shit. I’m talking ancestral levels of brown karma raining down on me. It coated my shirt, my leggings, even my sunglasses (thank god i was wearing them by that point). I have no idea what I possibly could have done to deserve that.
I have been a vegetarian for nearly 11 years for animal rights but boy did I want to kill that damn bird and feed it to my cat.
I am now 2 showers deep and half a blunt in. I tried. I really did.
