Anyone have experience with the LMT BCG in .308? I picked one up on a huge discount a few years ago because apparently SOLGW had bought some to brand as their own then dropped that line.

I was thinking of using one in an Aero M5 build with a 16" Criterion barrel and a suppressor. The LMT allegedly had some of the features of the enhanced 5.56 BCG that reduced some of the gas venting toward the shooter via keeping the bolt locked slightly longer, etc.

Can you swap any other AR-15 bolt catch into an Aero lower? What about the general "AR-10" catches into an M5?

And is the threaded pin the same for both Aero lowers?

I realize I could actually take mine out and see but if someone can help me out before I take things apart and test fit, that would be great.
