"I call em crullers but you know they're called crawlers"

I love how MCA basically blurts out this line in Unite. I think I heard him rap like this in another song but I can't seem to find what that style is or songs that sounds like it. Would really be great to listen to that style if you guys could give me recommendation, thanks.

AI ba to ni Xiaomi?

I saw this ad while watching on Youtube and I'd like to know if it's AI. The expression on the kids' faces and the direction they're facing seems AI as fuck.

The text on the red 12 kid's back

The expression on the kids faces when the blue kid "won" but didn't score a goal, what is the left red kid is looking for the ball? The goalie is chasing the ball that never made it to the net while the blue kid is jumping.

Viewing Resolution for Steaming Content

I would like you opinion on viewing 4k vs 1080p in modern TVs. So a little bit about my setup, I have a 55" 4K OLED (2-3.5 meters away) with AppleTV 4k (3rd gen). And so I was comparing the same films on 4K and 1080p and I never noticed any details that I'm missing when a movie is playing. But when the movie is paused maybe I can notice more details like there are more strands of hair sticking out.

Now I would like to ask your thoughts if it is worth it to stick to 1080p instead of utilizing the whole 4K, my primary concern being increasing picture quality without running the risk of bandwidth dropouts resulting in artifacts in the video. Also isn't consuming less bandwidth for online content better in the long run? I know bandwidth and electricity conservation are different but the more bandwidth you consume then the more electricity the ISPs and streaming servers use?

So my questions are

  1. Is 1080p enough for watching high quality content on a 55" screen that's 2-3.5 meters away?

  2. Is 1080p really the greener option?

  3. Did I miss anything about 4K that I wasn't able to consider?

Availing Warranty for Nintendo Switch 2

I have a problem with my Switch 2 and brought it in for checking in the iTech store where I bought it from. They isolated the problem is specifically the Switch 2 USB-C bottom port where the USB PD does not accept the power coming from the dock.

My questions are:

  1. Has someone from this subreddit availed of their Switch2 warranty for the repair or replacement of the console unit itself?
  2. If so how long before you received your replacement unit? I am concerned because last year when my first Switch2 Dock had a problem and sent it for warranty, I received the replacement 1.5 months later.
  3. Would it be faster if I went directly to the authorized service center in Pasig (MSI-ECS) as mentioned in this webpage? https://www.nintendo.com/ph/support/repair/index.html

Switch 2 Bottom USB-C Won't connect to Dock and Won't Charge

My Switch2 bought July last year and now won't connect to the dock anymore. Some details:

  1. The top USB-C can still charge the unit but the with a USB-C is connected to the bottom
  2. The bottom USB-C when connected to a charger will display the charging icon on top left momentarily but the battery icon on top right will not display the lightning charge indicator.
  3. When connecting the Switch 2 to the dock will display two led flashes twice (total of four flashes separated) also the console itself will display the charging icon on top left and does not charge

This happened before six months ago where I cleaned the port with a tooth pick and the console successfully connected. Now I have cleaned the port with a tooth pick but no luck so far, I also cleaned it out with a WD40 specialist contact cleaner also no luck.

I have attached the USB-C, could you see any corrosion/oxidation that can be cleaned out? Or are there any bent pins? Any tips or advice how to fix this problem?
