I’m an executive at a small fintech. We have a great product that helps companies save money and signed great referral agreements with very large partners. This has helped us hyper scale, however, we have very little direct outbound sourcing. My sales team is basically fully helping close these referrals. We’ve tried third party and in house SDRs though that hasn’t worked. Any thoughts on how to develop an in house outbound motion?

I thought they were remodeling though now heard it’s permanent.
