I am super irritated. My fiber internet went out this morning and nobody can show up until Monday. It has been solid since last November. I seem to be the only one in the neighborhood that has no internet. I restarted and reset the gateway. I made sure all the visible wires are inserted securely. I don't see any light in the fiber line. It is the 4th of July and nobody was doing any work in the immediate area. I checked the utility box outside and nothing looks out of the ordinary. Is there something not so obvious I should look for or am I SOL until Monday afternoon?

It has been in service outside for half year. I re-keyed it before I started using. Today I notice I could pull the shackle out of the lock position. I took it apart and removed the shackle using the z-bar method. For some reason it won't go back in. The ball bearing is not retreating inside enough for the shackle to go back inside when I turn the key. Any ideas?
