Booked an Ax7 petrol manual at Pune PPS.

The showroom is asking to pay 1lac of the total down payment right away , even before the vehicle has arrived at the stockyard.

Is this normal?

Trying to find a good property for our family to settle down.

Seeing hyped prices in Kolazhy, Viyoor and Town itself.(80lacs and 1cr+ for 3 or 4 bhk independent house)

Seems like Mannuthi is a good option but haven't explored much.

Is it a good area for investment.

If so, which Street or locality can we look out for.

We are looking for a 3/4 bhk house (flat or independent house) in a good locality.

Need decent accessibility to healthcare, since we have grandma staying with us and she's quite old.
