Base is 22LPA currently at a company which pays high RSU so annual TC is 1.4CR
Monthly expense is utilities 10k and groceries and food orders amounts to another 10k

Domestic flight travel once a quarter
1 international trip a year

Current portfolio
HSBC Live
SBI cashback
Scapia
Swiggy HDFC
IDFC wealth debit card (primary for lounge access)
ICICI Rubyx (highest limit for a single card 10lacs, pre approved for emerlade Visa but i do not meet the criteria for metal version)

Looking for a card with no spending criteria based lounges and VIP lounge access at bangalore and Delhi (would prefer if any card is giving bangalore T2 arrival access also)

My Salary Account is IDFC ( don’t want to change as I get good inward remittance)

Infinia got rejected for complimentary lounge access at jewar airport

The person infront of me in the queue tried to swipe Hdfc Infinia and they got rejected for complimentary access havent seen this happen before

I was able to walk in with IDFC first wealth debit card

26M | 177 cm | 88 kg | Cutting from ~27% BF — Need honest physique feedback, especially chest fat + torso progress

Hey everyone,
Need an honest physique check and advice on how to improve from here.

Current stats:
26 years old
177 cm
88 kg
Estimated body fat: ~26–27%

Goal: Reach ~18–20% body fat while keeping/building muscle

Current routine:
Gym consistently (push pull legs)x2 a week
Badminton 3x/week
Trying to stay in calorie deficit
High protein focus

Main concerns:
Chest fat / lower chest shape
Lower belly and love handles
Want a more athletic/V-taper look

From my side, I feel:
Arms and back have improved
Shoulders look broader
But chest and torso fat are reducing very slowly

Would appreciate honest feedback on:
Is progress visible or am I spinning my wheels?
Does this look like mostly fat or possible gyno/puffy gland issue?
Should I continue cutting or change approach?
Best natural way to improve chest appearance and torso shape?
Estimated body fat % from current photos?
