local's opinions on Wheel & Sprocket?
I know there's a desire to support one-off local bike shops, but what are thoughts on W&S? Is there anything bad about them?

Where can I try fondant and marzipan? (on a cake)
I've never had either and I want to find out for myself how they taste. Any good local places where they can make both? (affordable would be nice too. I'm not talking a wedding cake.. )
Folks seem divided on liking or not liking either.. I just wanna try..TY!
