Corn syrup in food
I am an American with a corn allergy, which is tough. Dextrose and glucose are both almost always derived from corn in the US and most sausages contain dextrose here.
I am going to Munich in a few weeks. Is dextrose (or other corn sugars) a common ingredient in sausages? Are there other foods corn sugars commonly "hide" in, other than obvious stuff like candy, soft drinks etc?
