Thoughts on why my wife left abruptly!

I guess I’m just looking for answers… My wife truly opens up to no one. So there honestly no one to gain a useful perspective from. My wife left me while I was at work with my two kids with zero notice obviously im devastated. She started taking prescription medication‘s 10 years ago and for the past nine years there been a drastic change. In short our trust, empathy, grace and communal decision-making, have all but disappeared. Her parents died during Covid and was very traumatic to her. she had a very traumatic childhood. She had a mental breakdown in 23 and an overdose in 24 and still currently exhibits the same drug seeking behavior. Obviously I’m over it and have zero patience for when she’s overmedicated from prescription drugs. 1) Was she over the marriage a long time ago? 2) I remind her of her childhood trauma that’s only gotten worse. Bc I hold her accountable to the medications? 3) She wants to live her life do her drugs, and she cannot have me in the way trying to control her?

Rental Depreciation and Selling

Hey TIA,
I may have to force sell my condo. This will be a legit sell and division of assets.
178k in Capital Gains. I have used 3 different tax services over the past 15 years.
Not knowing the total depreciation in those years. What do I claim when I report to the IRS? Does the IRS know the total among? Do they know the total amount for the past 7 years? I just don’t want to get audited and be legal!

Thanks so much!

No Contact but have kids

My wife left abruptly. We are gonna split the kids through separation and beyond. 1) I know I have to be happy and thrive, no matter what. 2) I’m open for marriage2.0 or moving on. Either way I gotta be locked -in and thriving.
So how do I navigate No Contact but have to exchange kids and go through an official separation while waiting a year to divorce?
TIA
