I know these perks aren't usually in these types of posts, but its a very interesting decision. CONTEXT: Its a Nightmare run First Holy Mountain. My current perks include Tinker (obvi), Saving Grace, Wand Radar, and funnily enough Revenge Rats. Only health ups I got were the two surface orbs. I need to heal before the next level and my damage is pretty "meh" at the moment. Do I Vampire for consistent healing for the rest of the run? Go for as many rats as possible for max aggro help? Or heal up fully, delaying the 50% health boost, and search for more hearts before returning? I would love to hear what everyone would do here.
I know it's minimal but it's the little things that add up.
