First week with Sebderm
Hi,
I have extremely sensitive skin and have developed Rosacea 3 months ago, which caused a state of permanent inflammation that destroyed my skin barrier. I couldn't sleep due to stress for 2 weeks and putting aloe Vera on my skin has caused seborroic dermatitis on my face, that worsened horribly when not sleeping and that now for the first day ever has moved to my scalp. Do you still believe it's at a point that if I were to manage to fix my skin barrier (the rosscea is mostly reactive rosacea to the constant irritation caused by the destroyed skin barrier) and sleep it is likely the seb derm will calm down and not return until retriggered (another week of bad sleep and stress)? I am terrified I now have it forever also on my scalp.
My dermatologist is pushing a ton for isotretinoid but I am scared as I also have dry eyes and in general before the sebderm my skin was very dry.
