Looking for AI Data Annotation / AI Training Data Partner for Existing Microworker Platform

I’m the founder of RapidWorkers.io, an established microworker platform with roughly 150,000 total users and around 15,000 monthly active users.

The platform currently focuses on online microtasks, but I see a strong opportunity to move into the AI training data space focusing on services such as data annotation, data validation, data collection, LLM response evaluation, search relevance evaluation, and other human-in-the-loop AI tasks.

The basic idea is to use our existing worker base and infrastructure to build a more selective, verified group of workers who can provide affordable, high-quality AI data services. We already have strong global worker coverage with workers who have solid English and multilingual ability.

I fully own the platform and also own multiple other online businesses. I have a technical team that can build the infrastructure needed for this expansion, but I’m looking for someone with real experience in the AI data space to help guide the execution.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who has experience with one or more of the following:

  • AI training data operations
  • Data annotation / data labeling
  • LLM evaluation or RLHF workflows
  • Human-in-the-loop AI systems
  • Data collection for AI/ML companies
  • Selling services to AI startups or enterprise AI teams
  • Building QA processes for distributed annotation teams
  • Working at or with companies like Scale AI, Appen, TELUS Digital, LXT, Labelbox, SuperAnnotate, DataForce, Remotasks, etc.

The person I’m looking for should be able to help with things like:

  • Deciding what services we should offer first
  • Designing the worker verification and training process
  • Helping us build proper QA and review workflows
  • Creating our early service packages and case studies
  • Advising on what infrastructure we need to build
  • Joining sales calls or client meetings
  • Helping us get our first AI/data clients
  • Potentially helping position the business for a future acquisition

To be clear, I’m not looking for someone to do development work. My team and I can handle the actual building. What I need is someone who understands this niche deeply and can help us avoid building the wrong thing.

The goal with this AI data expansion is to make RapidWorkers attractive for a future acquisition by a larger AI training data company.

I’m looking for someone with real experience in AI training data, data annotation, human-in-the-loop AI, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or previous acquisitions. I own and operate multiple online businesses, so I do not have time to lead this entire expansion myself, but I can still assist with strategy, sales, and execution where needed.

My team and I can handle the technical work, marketing, SEO, and other growth efforts. We are also open to investing into the project if it makes sense. For the right person, this could be a relatively straightforward opportunity because the platform, workers, traffic, and infrastructure already exist. The main missing piece is someone who understands the AI data market and can help us turn those assets into clients, strategic partnerships, or acquisition interest.

Compensation would be performance-based and structured as a meaningful success fee if you help secure a major client, strategic partnership, or eventual acquisition. I’m open to discussing any other form of compensation you might be interested in.

Eligible candidates should ideally be based in the US, Canada, the UK, Western Europe, Australia, Singapore, Israel, the UAE, China, Japan or South Korea . I’m mainly looking for someone in a region with strong AI, tech, enterprise sales, or startup experience, especially if they have direct connections in the AI data space.
