First Day
I finished all my on boarding stuff. And just made the realization that my first day of training is on PSL launch day ☠️.
I sincerely apologize to whoever is training me can imagine it sucks.

AITAH for pushing for my uncle to be in a care facility. He has had multiple strokes, and heart attacks, several falls.
My grandpa, his brother, who I live with, took him in after my uncle three months ago after my uncle got released from jail for assault. And he left his wife mutually.
My grandpa believes he’s the primary caregiver but essentially he is just moral support for his brother. I do all the cleaning majority of cooking. I wake up with him in the middle of the night. Picking him up off the ground. And try and get him to take care of himself leads to a fight.
As for the reason, my uncle got arrested you can also imagine his personality. He’s also been banned from receiving care from one hospital because of assaulting staff and several doctors has refused to see him.
His brother who’s my grandpa, promised that he would never go to an assisted-living facility that he would be the one to take care of him. But that already is not the case, and my grandpa has already hurt himself, trying to take care of him when I was not at the home.
I recently moved onto property and the previous people living here abandoned 10 cats of course now there’s kittens and of course I brought them in. And of course I got ringworm.
What are some ways to get rid of it on my floor surfaces and all. I’m thinking vinegar but not sure.
I am currently heading out on my own for the first time and finally have control of products used in the home, what cleaning products are used in the home.
So I wanna hear if you were starting this non toxic journey again and you had to start from nothing what would your priority be?
I currently have organic linen bedding, I have one cast iron pan and one Dutch oven inherited from my great grandparents. Stainless steal air fryer/toaster oven. One wooden spoon and one stainless steel spatula. And hundreds of my great grandmas canning jars of all sizes.
Aside from that I’m starting from scratch. What are some things you would prioritize? Things you wished you switched to sooner? And things you saw as a waste when starting fresh.
Location: California
Asking for myself and a family member.
If two brothers inherit a property brother A is executive. They were going to sell but brother B now is separated from his wife as of 2 weeks ago. Wife is refusing to see him for a year. Added health wise he is blind as of a few months ago and needs support at home.
If brother B and the wife divorce my understanding is if she was not included in the 50/50 split of the inherited property she doesn’t get anything in California. (No joint funds were used in the property only what was given by the diseased to repair the property). The divorce is going to be messy and him being disabled if he looses everything he needs a place to stay and we were already going to care for him.
The question is if we buy him out for half the price of his piece of the property with the clause he has free rent till his death is that legal? And what can the wife do if anything to prevent this?
