Labor Day

Thinking of going this Labor Day with some friends, but worried about how busy it’ll be. Is this a bad day to consider going and should we try to find another time before then?

Chessex Loose dice ID help

Looking for some help identifying what I believe are all loose cheesex. (Based on font)
Photo 1: These where from my fathers holder along side other loose valuables I could identify such as aqurples so odds seem likely that they could be something on the rarer side.
Photo 2: pretty sure this bag is just a PoD he had. Anything to look for in this or does it seem to just be bulk dice?

Dice ID Help

Something more interesting from me today from my late father’s collection. For the first photo row 1 and 2 are the same set split between two containers. And most of the rest are incomplete or individuals. Curious if they’re something he was trying to complete. Second photo are more unique feeling sets. Many hard angles in these. Any knowledge helps!

Crystal Caste Moonstone and Fire Opal preferences

I know for things like chessex borealis there are preferences for the dice to be clearer or have the glitter look like it’s imbedded deeper into the dice. Is there something similar for Crystal Caste moonstone and Fire Opal lines?

Borealis Identification

I’m very certain the first two are just borealis chessex given the hooked 7 and underline 6 and 9. But not sure which type of each they are and looking for some confirmation.

The third photo just has pips, so I’m having trouble telling if these are chessex or a different brand.

Any help appreciated

Day 3: Dice ID help.

I come once again with dice from my father who passed away collection. I’m becoming more knowledgeable but still a newbie so reaching out for help!

Photo 1: these where his metal dice I couldn’t ID. It seems like some of them look similar like the big d20 matches the dice next to them. And the bottom two on the right are similar but different material.

Photo 2: through my learnings I believe these are all OG chessex borealis, but just looking for some confirmation on that.

Photo 3: these were some more unique ones I just thought were cool. Some Larger then standard and fit into more then one container. I really like the white ones in the middle, ones chipped if I could get a ID for a replacement would be appreciated!

I don’t have a Facebook but many people have mentioned dice groups. I still have 100~ sets I’m not sure about what’s what. Would it be faster to do this ID work through Facebook? I’m basically at the end of dice with any sort of easily identifiable brand so I imagine the job becomes much harder at this point.

Dice ID help

Going through my father’s collection and need some more help ID’ing dice.

First photo are probably all the same brand. You can see a different animal for each dice’s max roll which is pretty cool.

Second photo is ice dice, but can’t tell which one. They are very bluish/green.

Third photo is the hardest I think. He told me they were glass if I remember correctly. Came in a beautiful wooden box with no markings or symbols on it.

1979 Susan B Anthony

I have a bunch of 1979 Susan b Anthony. I know they have no silver value but is there any potential numeric values here? I see mostly D and a handful of P. Didn’t notice any S.

Bonus 1980 P to round out the rows.

Help identifying dice

My father passed away and left me thousands of sets. I’m having trouble identifying a lot of the unlabeled ones. He had a lot of once’s like seen in the photos. This is just a start but any help identifying them? I know he was a hunter of rare and valuable sets, but don’t have a lot of knowledge myself. Any resources would be appreciate as well.

Help with grandfathers collection

I recently inherited this collection from my grandfather and need some help telling what’s what. Most things seem pre 1964 but not everything. I recognize some things but not sure what might be something real silver or not. I know 1964 is a key cut off for that for quarters but unsure for other coins.

There’s also a few unique items that stand out such as a very large one cent, a coin with a buffalo, and a coin with a Native American head.

Ive grouped them by type and included photos of the groups. I know a lot of it is silver, but it all seems very worn and used so don’t think theirs much of a premium past the melt value of the silver.
Also not pictured are a couple hundred wheat Pennies. Any help on key years to know what’s of value/silver and what isn’t would be very helpful.

My father recently passed and left me a large dice collection (1000~ sets). He had multiple sets of these, all unlabeled. Trying to figure out if they’re anything special or just some mass junk dice he got. I can get better pictures if it help. He had about 8 of each set you see in the photos. Any help appreciated.
