I’m am being to much? I feel like I did to much? 3 hours total with delays
I’ve only been here 4months and I feel like I just did a of lazy asses just chilling for how long east paycheck.
I did a stock down of two bays today while just learning print labels and do price change.
3 hours total with delays.
Department is extremely dusty full of leftover signs on the floor.
Clear sign of years of nothing ever being done.
Did I do to much?
Shelves are always bare with no help insight. I see NO HOME on more than a few boxes.
After seeing the effort of what real work and being organize with these people is at an all time low. Idky overthinking? ?
Or is the laziness suppose to be like this.
Did I work to hard today?? I feel I overkill it a bit?
Can’t see what aint on the shelf right? Do I seriously need to think of these 12-14 year workers act like?
I feel our tool department needs a major overhaul!? More or less someone accountable because I honestly see pure laziness from the current workers.
