Drinking on paroxetine

I started taking paroxetine 2 weeks ago, first week 10mg and had bad side effects few days later that settled down and when I increased my dose to 20mg had 1 very bay day of no appetite and ate nothing but now I am better and don't get nausea when thinking about food but eating is still hard. I am taking it because of eating anxiety (sacred that food will make me throw up) that was caused by college stress. Anyways an important party is coming up and I really want to have a drink there since alcohol makes me way more approachable since I am normally shy and reserved. I just want to hear experience from people that drank while starting paroxetine since I read that others that have been taking it for a while tolerate alcohol pretty well and it makes them drunk faster.

Girls that are on SSRIs, what do you take for extreme period pain?

I recently started taking paroxetine and it says that you shouldn't take it with NSAIDs but since I have terrible period cramps and need to live my everyday life what do I do? Pharmacist told me I can take paracetamol but I usually take paracetamol and ketoprofene together and it still doesn't fully help.

Today I got prescribed fluvoxamine and while I wait for that to kick in my psychiatrist prescribed me diazepam 3× a day to take as needed. I will get these tomorrow and I googled a bit and nausea is apparently a common side effect of fluvoxamine and since the main reason I got it is to stop thinking that every meal will make me vomit I am a bit scared now. Before visiting a psychiatrist my gp prescribed me metoclopramide to help with nausea from anxiety but it didn't help so I was thinking about taking that together? Does anyone have some advice?

So for the past few months I've had pretty bad anxiety that made me so sick I would end up vomiting and I think my brain started connecting vomiting with food since whenever I eat I start thinking about getting sick and THAT makes me actually nauseous. Since I lost 2kg because of this I went to the doctor today and she gave me 0.25mg xanax to take when I start to panic and metoclopramide to take when I feel sick. Before eating my very late breakfast I took metoclopramide and waited a bit and decided to finally eat since it's 12 already. I managed to eat 1 out of 3 eggs I made before getting sick and naouseous and I had to pause and I took xanax. It's been like 40min since that and I still dont feel like eating and I also had diarrhea in the meantime. I feel like crying since I finally started getting some progress in the gym and now everything will be ruined again and it feels like an endless loop.

Does anyone have something simmilar to share and give tips on how to get out of this?
