Hi! I was on compounded semaglutide from November 2025 to early May 2026. It was great while I was taking it and I lost about 30 lbs with minimal side effects. However, my husband and I are considering trying to start a family and so I made the decision to stop. Since going off, my hair has been falling out like crazy. I have never had shedding or been able to see my scalp like this before and I swear I’ve tried everything to no avail. Has anyone else had luck with restoring their hair to before the meds? I’ve tried taking iron supplements and other over the counter supplements for hair growth. I don’t want to start something like minoxidil that I’d have to stay on forever to maintain results.
