The engine still has enough oil, should I keep an eye on it and top it up? Last time I was at mechanics (feb) they said that the engine sump plug was damp. Just wondering if i should go back to the mechanic asap
My doctor wants to decrease my Vyvanse from 40mg to 30mg.
My heart rate was 112 at rest and he found this concerning, said if it doesnt go down he might have to lower my dose.
Ive been on 40mg for 3 years and im reluctant to lower it to 30mg, I am afriad it wont be as effective. I remember when i was trying to find the right dose 3 years ago, the 30mg didnt feel as strong/effective compared to the 40mg.
My heart rate on vyvanse has been high (looking at apple watch), sitting at 100-120 during the day. Its 70-90 during sleep. It can get up to 150 if ive had a coffee, my medication is at its peak, and im stressed (im at uni).
My normal heart rate sat at 100 before taking medication, thats why I never found it being super high on medication to be that concerning. I also drink alot of coffee and tea like most adhd people do.
Ive asked doctors/nurses on many visits if my taken heart rate was concerning, theyd say if its concistently high its probably just my normal heart rate and i shouldnt worry.
In order to lower my heart rate/anxiety levels in the morning ive started having coffee atleast 2 hours after ive taken my vyvanse. This has helped it not get super high (130-140) in the morning, and i feel alot better.
Has anyone else had a simular experience, or any advice to whether i should lower it to 30mg?
