Increase in packages being lost in transit?

Thankfully, our shop had a busy May and June with increased order volume. Not sure if that's the entire reason for the increase in order issues (mo money mo problems right?) but it feels like there have been a ton of issues, primarily packages being lost in transit.

It seems like most of these orders being lost in transit are via the new Amazon Ground shipping.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Printful price & shipping increases on June 4th...

I sell primarily Comfort Color t-shirts and hats. It looks like the shipping price for those items is increasing by $7.50 each on top of an extra ~$0.50-$0.75 for hats.

This will basically eat into our entire profit....

Upping our prices by $8 will no doubt decrease sales by a lot I'd assume as shoppers will look elsewhere for cheaper options.

I feel like I may need to switch providers at this point. How are people handling this?

TikTok Shop + Printful experience?

Hello. I've been keen to sell on TikTok shop for years now. However, outside of Etsy gurus and influencers, I can't seem to find much info on real sellers experience using Printful for TikTok shop.

The thing that concerns me the most from my research is:

  • The fulfillment requirements. Specifically how strict the 2-business-day dispatch SLA really is.
    • What are the repercussions (if any) for missing the 2 day dispatch timeline? Any tips or tricks? Any other insight?
  • The buyer-friendly return/refund policies. 30 day window for anything from sizing issues to “changed mind”.
    • Again, any tips or tricks? Or is it just something POD sellers have to factor into the cost of doing business on TikTok shop?

Any sellers currently selling on TikTok shop with Printful that can weigh in? Or anyone with extensive knowledge of TikTok shop? TIA!
