So I went to my determatologist and they found signs of of hair thinning on the apex scalp and frontal hairline with preserved follicular ostia. I am on 2.5 mg monoxidil and I have been taking HRT estrodial valerate for 8 months. My Testosterone levels have been supressed to 22 mg/ML so rather low. Unfortunately when I tried finnasteride I had an incredibly negative reaction and I very much worry about post-finnasteride syndrome. I'm worried that my hairline is continuing to recide especially along the hair part gets thinner. Is there any DHT blocker that does not carry the serious risk of permanent gential numbness and sexual anhedonia?

I'm curious as a civilian, I know it's rough if you're gay and you get forced off of the yard, but what is it like if you're trans? The idea of [V-coding](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/V-coding) is horrific. I can imagine having a very feminized body in prison would make one a target of SA.
