My name is Ryan(M29) and my father grew up in Coos bay. His name was Steven Lofing. born in the early 70s and played baseball growing up there. He recently passed away at only 54 and i was wondering if some how somebody on here knew him or had any stories to share. Thank you for reading.

29m 5f8 180lb. due to a three week stay in the hospital in January i have developed a huge amount of medical anxiety. I can’t help but to cry when i’m in a hospital/ doctors office. i am seeing a therapist and Psychologist for this matter.
Today i had my third rescheduled MRI for chronic back pain. Ive took .5mg lorazepam the past two times to try to calm the anxiety, today i took two .5mg to hopefully finally take care of this but as soon as i put on the gown i broke down. Im looking for some sort of advice i am in so much pain all the time and just want to be able to find out why and get the help i need. Thank you for reading.
