I dreamt that I was pregnant and gave birth to a gold fish… I then tried to breastfeed goldfish and when I looked down it had a cats face. The goldfish then died and then I began vomiting gold scales from the fish…

Hello I have been receiving depo shot every three months since last October. In around January I started bleeding very lightly for about 3 weeks. I went to the doctor who gave me a hormone to take twice daily for 7 days. It stopped but then started again probably mid May. Same thing with the hormone pill but it hasn’t stopped it and I did two 7 day courses of the hormone pill. I am due for the shot again next month and I am wondering if I should just stop it or if it gets better?
I had a dream last night that I touch a Venus fly trap like plant with thorns on it and the thorns pricked my fingers and then had sprouts growing from my fingers and every time I would pick them off they would immediately grow back. Any interpretations?
