How to start doing coms?

Hi tysm for reading ❤️

How do i start doing commissions by chance? I mainly ask because I'm more of a traditional artist (I be drawin on paper🤪) and I see everyone doing such beautiful digital pieces and was just curious if anyone would even be interested in paper commissions anymore?

Also would love to learn how to do digital art any tips programs you recommend something I could do on my tablet would be amazing

Android phone won't turn on after system update?

For context this phone worked perfectly fine before it needed a system update after the update it basically became a paper weight. It acts like it's stuck turning on it won't even make it pasted the Samsung logo it has a code pop up in the bottom left corner but it's flashes it so I can't really read it I have a video of what it's doing if anyone knows what's going on or how to fix it please let me know
