I recently moved from Oklahoma to Michigan and I am so lost in all this.
When I bought my car in Oklahoma summer of 2025- the state rolled out it's E-title thing. They took my original title from me and it's now all online.
I'm in Michigan trying to register my car but I need my original paper title (amongst other things). I don't even really know where to go from here.. I can order a paper copy from Oklahoma (pain in the ass and I have to get a notary) but that's still not the original copy?? On the secretary of state website it has E copies won't work!
I honestly just don't know what to do. Any advice would be helpful.
