The last time Mallinckrodt Adderall was inspected by the FDA was in 2023…

When did you notice your generic Adderall was no longer working? For me it was sometime late 2023/2024. It’s crazy that it’s been 3 years since the FDA has done an inspection. Something is really off…

Husbands, would you ever tell your wife you didn’t like the dinner she made & say you’re going order out instead of eating what she made?

I’d like to preface by stating a few things:

1.) We are new parents with a beautiful sweet 12 month old baby currently teething. We love her very much. She’s also very high maintenance (requires lots of attention, everything seems difficult & cries & whines quite a bit). Will leave you very drained. We really don’t have a village either.

2.) I am newly a stay at home mom & take care of our baby the most. He watches her before work on the days he works late shift & after for about 2 hours on the days he works the either shift. He works from home & also gives me a break midday most days during lunch break.

3.) Cooking is my thing. I’m not great at a lot of things- but cooking, I am. He comments on how he loves my cooking & misses it since I haven’t been able to cook dinner every night like I used to, due to the demands of our baby.

4.) We are still in survival mode & it’s still tough to meet our basic needs ( sleep deprivation, tough having time to eat enough some days even).

5.) I’m still breastfeeding/ pumping full time & recovering from PPD & PPA.

6.) I’m currently feeling flu-ish.

7.) I do all the cooking, all the grocery shopping, all the laundry, 90% of the cleaning & 90% of the appt & activity setting/planning.

Tonight I made a dinner that took over an hour to cook, while multitasking paying attention to our daughter & prepping for the next day. I serve dinner in which I thought was absolutely delicious but he said he didn’t like it because it has goat cheese in it & he doesn’t like goat cheese. He refused to eat it & said he’s ordering out.

This really hurt my feelings & also struck a nerve in me. Husbands, is this something you’d say to your wife?

*edit: I didn’t know he didn’t like goat cheese.

Adderall & breastfeeding question

Have any of you breastfed while on your Adderall medication? I have pretty severe ADD & my medicine has been vital for my mental health. I need it to be stable & be a good mom. I have a beautiful 10 month old baby girl & I have been breastfeeding her/pumping. I also give her formula here & there.

I’ve felt guilt & worry about taking my medicine while breastfeeding. I had to get off XR & switch to IR & reduce my dose by almost 1/2. I now take 15mg in the morning & another dose of 10mg in the afternoon some days & have a small coffee or tea. I also am a coffee lover & need it to function. I do stay within about 300mg of caffeine a day.

I breastfeed in the morning then pump my other breast & then take my medicine. I wait about 4.75-6hrs before feeding her again to make sure as much of the medicine & caffeine is out of my system.

Other than some reflux which is improving & some fussiness which improves with certain activities like being in nature or good engaging playtime- she’s a healthy, happy baby. She does move a lot, but idk if this is normal baby behavior. She twitches in her sleep a lot & moves her feet a bunch. She sleeps well & eats very well though.

I do feel guilt & worry that I may be impacting her by having my medicine & coffee, but I figured a healthy mama is better for her. Has anyone been on their medicine & had coffee & breastfed a healthy baby?
