Welcoming any advice on which colour to go with! I’m curious about how the beige goretex would hold up overtime compared to the dark brown that would hide stains.

If your in between sizes I def recommend sizing down a half size

Three days ago I woke up with horrific pain on my left flank and after a trip to the ER they confirmed I have a 3mm kidney stone. After prescribing me strong pain medication and tamsulosin they discharged me and just told me to wait out the kidney stone passing on its own.
Since then I’ve been drinking 3+ litres of water per day, taking the tamsulosin, pain meds, and yet the stone still has not passed and I’m still in a lot of pain. To complicate things further, this all began on day 1 of a 2 week work trip in a foreign country so being away from home is making this horrible experience even worse.
I’d love any and all tips you can share for making this stone pass as quickly as possible.
