Wanted to make Corsola their own research center and bedroom in Bubbly Basin.
Fun fact, you can stack the purple and orange coral on top of each other to make a large coral piece.
As a huge Animal Crossing fan, I wanted to pay tribute by making a large Nintendo Switch but the Animal Crossing New Horizons edition. And I wanted the animal crossing buildings inside of it.
It first just started off with Nook's Cranny and moving Minun & Plusle as our Timmy & Tommy. This was the easiest build just building around a stone cottage.
Then I wanted to add Resident Services. But who would be greedy enough to be Tom Nook? How about Meowth? The Pokemon obsessed with "Payday"! Then there was Isabelle. Fidough's little strut reminded me of the resident dog.
Finally, the most difficult build was the Museum. I had to include Brewster's cafe "The Roost!" So I built the museum beside the cliffside so that I could secretly hide the "Roost" underground. This was also my first time making pixel art for the Roost Cafe sign and that was difficult in of itself.
