🧜‍♀️✨ I think my inner child just took over

I went a little overboard with a Mermaid Princess Ariel-inspired underwater world in Bubby Basin, and honestly? I regret absolutely nothing. 😂

This was so much fun to build —I just kept adding little details and couldn’t stop! It’s a lot… but honestly, I think it fits. 🫧🪸🐠

WWYD?

Hi! And help? I'm stuck on what to do around my Wastelands Pokecenter. It's been like this for ... a while. Any ideas?! Inspo? I provided some other pics of that area just to prove that yes, I do know what I'm doing (although those sections aren't 100% done yet either) - I'm just stuuuuuuck.

Bringing the DLC to Bleak Beach

After playing through the DLC and loving it, then going back to bleak beach— I noticed the ocean looked pretty bare. So, after ecologically destroying like, two dream islands, I started filling in some of the deeper spots in bleak beach.

These are all works in progress, but I’m really happy with how they’re turning out!

(And a lil guest spot from Kyogre from my latest pics!)

I found this amazing app for people that need help with inspiration and step by step building!

As the title says, I just found it today. I’m horrible at building and coming up with my own ideas. so for people who are creative challenged like I, here is a link to the app.

I hope this helps people like it has for me!

Also I did not build this app, I have no idea who did and I’m not paid to promote it I just wanted to share what I found.

EDIT- NEVER MIND DONT DO IT, THE APP DEVELOPER WANTS WAY TOO MUCH INFORMATION

Bubbly Basin Storage Ideas

Hello all, I want to move my main storage area from Pallet Town to Bubbly Basin or at least make a new large one underground.

Do you have ideas of a good location to put this?

I was thinking under that long road that goes from the main square up to the run down shop on the left side of the map (if you’re exiting the gate). That way it’s close to the Pokemon Center and I can build a home for ditto above it cause there’s already a number of partially built homes along the road.

New storage area!

After deciding to demolish my old one, I have finally completed the new storage area!

I had originally demolished an area by the gym here to expand the town later, but I think it's the perfect spot for a magical rainbow underwater storage system!

I'm still not sure exactly how I want to organize things. Part of me wants to do it by color, but that's just crazy.

I think I'm going to have to sit down with a spreadsheet or something, really look at all the item categories.

(I'm really proud of myself, I actually counted out all the blocks I'd need, all the lampies (keep forgetting the name. They are lampies in my brain now), all the tiles. I only ended up with 1 extra block and 6 extra black dyed storage boxes somehow.

Made a free tool that turns any image into a buildable Pokopia block grid

This got banned for self promotion on r/pokopia , so i hpope its okey to share it here, im not that good with reddit :$...

Hey all, I put together a small web tool called Pokopix. You upload an image, it downscales it and matches each pixel to the closest real Pokopia block color, and gives you back a grid you can recreate in-game, plus a list of the raw materials you'd need to gather for it.

It's free, no account, no ads, and everything runs in your browser. Your image never leaves your machine.

Link: https://pokopix.randyverschueren.workers.dev

Would appreciate any feedback if you give it a try.

Buildopia (Final?) Update

Good morning Pokopians! I have made my last major changes to Buildopia, and am now happy with its current state.
I have fully integrated Autosaves with the new My Builds save and load section, and it will now store up to 30 autosaves, so you can’t accidentally delete a build in progress anymore.
I have also given the UI a slight overhaul, to make it even more mobile-friendly, and stop modules overlapping, and made it so you can rearrange the categories for a more personalised building experience.
Updates will be fewer from now, but I’m always happy to hear suggestions, requests and answer questions.
Happy Building!

Bubbly basin themed house for pokemon

I’ve mentioned this before, but I’m really not a huge fan of using prefabs in Pokopia. One of the things I enjoy the most about building is trying to create something from scratch that actually feels connected to the Pokémon living there.

So I’ve basically given myself a slightly insane long-term project: building a unique themed home for every evolutionary line in the game. 😅

And this time, it’s the Totodile line! 🐊💧

For Totodile, Croconaw and Feraligatr, I wanted to do something a little different from a normal house. The whole building is supposed to look like a giant Mega Feraligatr head, with the entrance built directly into its mouth.

I also like that, despite being based on Mega Feraligatr, the huge jaws, teeth and overall shape still make it immediately feel like it belongs to the entire Totodile family. Basically, they’re living inside a gigantic version of what Totodile will eventually become. 😂

It’s definitely one of the weirder houses I’ve made, but that’s exactly why I like it. I’m trying to make every evolutionary line have its own little place with some personality rather than just giving everyone a regular house.

What do you guys think? Does it read as Mega Feraligatr to you? And more importantly, do you think the Totodile family approves of their new home? 😂

Hugs to everyone! ❤️

Serene Bamboo Grove

A tranquil place to escape in Rocky Ridges. I was working on redoing my waterfall and cavern, then I got experimental with the new plants. This is my take on bamboo!

edit: mini tutorial

The poles are iron pillars, I felt like the glossy sheen looks a lot like bamboo poles. I recolored them in multiple shades of green to get the segments to pop. You also need a bit of finesse - place the poles longer than you need and then delete the tops and bottoms to get a round pole instead of a flat edge it automatically makes.

Maybe good building tip

I don't know if someone has already posted this but basically I've always wanted to get gabled roofs but without the roof triangle things. So I discovered that by using tent slope pieces you create it without the triangle things. I've built a few houses and I'm split if they look good. :)

I created a lush tropical garden for some new pokemon!

After finding out that >!Feebas and Milotic !<were added with the newest event I had to make a house for them! I also moved Magikarp and Gyarados here because they make good neighbors. As you can see some other pokemon also enjoy visiting.

Smeaguru seaside cottage

This is a little seaside cottage I built for Smeargle. Inside, it’s packed with all sorts of objects, deliberately scattered around rather than neatly organized. I really liked the idea of Smeargle being a slightly messy artist who looks for inspiration everywhere.

Upstairs, there’s a small gallery displaying some of Smeargle’s paintings, along with a cozy little spot where he can lie back on a deck chair, soak up the sun, and watch the sunset while waiting for inspiration to strike.

Outside, there’s a tiny garden with a bicycle, and I’ve hung some of his posters on the exterior walls so he can proudly show off his creations to everyone passing by.

And that’s pretty much it — a small, slightly chaotic seaside retreat for an artist who can find inspiration anywhere!

What do you guys think? Big hug to you all!

Hi everyone, I created a maze as my first project in Pokopia, it took me around a week to complete.

Now I want to open it so everyone can come and try to beat it 😁

I built it on Pallet town so this time code will be SNTHKV. I will open it for hours and I will be update the code frequently

I hope you guys will enjoy my maze 😁👌

Edit 1: I build it after I finish the story and some trap will need magnet rise 😅

Edit 2: I will close the island now, will open it later and put new code

Edit 3: I open the island again, new code GSBC8L

My First Bubbly Basin Build

Wanted to make Corsola their own research center and bedroom in Bubbly Basin.

Fun fact, you can stack the purple and orange coral on top of each other to make a large coral piece.

UPDATING THE BRIDGE🌉👍

When I saw that most players were rebuilding the bridge in different ways, I wanted to rebuild it in my own style. I tried to adopt a simple and elegant design.🌊🌉🌊
