Why testing at the end of the supply chain is so important.

I just got this test report. I won't out the supply so don't ask. This is a perfect example as to why testing is so critical over using a batch report only. The report shows 0 reta and 10mg of Tirzepitide. The explanation was they printed the wrong label file for the entire batch. This means I am not the only one that got the wrong product.

This is why testing at the end of the supply chain is so critical as product identification is one of the most important parts of the logistics chain.

What providers would work well for a skiddiah skeptic wife to the value of HRT?

My wife comes from an "unless it's bleeding or broken, why bother with the Dr. They are just gonna give you Tylenol and a huge bill" kind of family. For reference her father has limes disease after watching the ring grow on his arm from a tick bite and not doing anything about it.

So she is definitely in perimenopause based on the lack of sleep, her evening exhaustion, her disgust at anything I do, and her 0 or 100 reaction with anything outside normal.

She won't get tested because of her perceived cost to test. I have a means to get her labs through a discount code with goodlabs, so she will probably be okay with that cost so at least we will have numbers.

I go to this group to find a super easy painless provider that she will be willing to talk to. A straight forward company that has a good well communicated onboarding and consultation process would be great.

I know the next steps are nothing but straight forward for women's HRT. I will admit the mens trt side is so much easier, but I am here to help her anyways I can even if that means jabbing her with a needle every week.

She would be the first of her family and friends group to go down the HRT path, I think she is afraid of the unknown. Her mother kinda scoffed at the idea, and I have discussed with her privately that I will support her doing anything she feels is necessary whether that's HRT, separation, or anything else she needs during this period.

She has noticed and commented on my own journey with TRT and how much better and more connected I am with her and the family. I think it's also some of the frustration on her side as she cannot go as hard as she wants, and I am now capable of. I am hopeful she will see my changes as a positive outcome that she can use as motivation to make the leap.

Any ideas or recommendations would be great.

TLDR: I am looking for a good women's HRT provider that has a solid and well communicated onboarding process for my wife who is not a fan of going to the Dr for herself.

Hearing rumors of a possible Folarin Balogun interest

Would pursuing Folarin Balogun be worth it? I mean his agent has got to be shopping him based on how well he is doing for the US men's team.

Anthony Robertson did well last night

Watched the Scotland Haiti match and new signing Anthony Robertson did well. I found his playing style will match what Zerby is pulling together. I look forward to watching him play in the world cup and for next year.

Get your IGF test before you go HGH

Get your IGF tested first please

I constantly see people ask about IPA vs IGF-LR3 vs HGH and there is always the onslaught of comments about just take HGH.

Goodlabs does IGF-1 testing as a $27 add on. It's also included in some of their packages.

I wanted a baseline to see where I am before making the decision, labs came back today at 253. What this means is my pituitary is doing great pumping out what's needed for GH. And running 200mcg per night of IPA should boost me to 300 which is in the bodybuilding range. And do it for way cheaper and more available then HGH.

I will take labs again in 2 months to confirm levels are still up.

If the test came back in the toilet, then I would be considering a different route, but for now IPA is enough.

So for anyone considering a GH path, get your labs done, then make the informed decision.

I have been looking at the Aqara cube for a while and then the wife was complaining about reconfiguring the lighting in our living room for day, night, movie watching, etc. That's when the cube came back into mind to solve the pain point.

For multi scene selection it is the perfect interface, no notes.

I have hopes more companies will take chances with funky fresh UI concepts to meet these types of needs.

So well done Aqara team.
