This season was the worst yet

Maggie, what can I say. The entire season was her with a blank expressionless lost puppy pout and quiet, meek voice. Girl needed some serious caffeine and a personality reboot.

Sully's absence was glaring.

The only interesting couple and storyline was Frank and Edna, and both were relegated to third-tier status.

The Liam "twist" was vomitously bad and drawn out 6 episodes too long. How many times was he called a "war correspondent" (or Amir a "gourmet chef."). Like we couldn't remember the last 5 times you told us their professions??

The whole season was like the worst episodes of "Days of Our Lives."

Online architecture or design successes?

We recently bought a house that needs to be fixed up. Most of the changes are cosmetic and I will be hiring subs. However it needs some minor architecture changes to allow for a half bath to be turned into a full bath, for the kitchen to be reoriented to allow for dining space, and to reallocate space between two bedrooms. Plans and permits will be needed.

I have been told that some designers do this work but that it is right on the cusp of when an architect might be needed.

The house is in a rural area with only two designers and two architects within 75 miles. Our house is a small fixer upper and most of the projects they do are multi-million dollar ranches. I have contacted all of them and while none outright said they wouldn't help, they also all said that it would be a year until they could get to me. I interpreted as "thanks but no thanks."

I am wondering if anyone has had any success with an online architecture or design firm for this kind of project?

I checkout out some of the online design sites but they seem to focus more on aesthetic design and furniture layout, not reconfiguring rooms, moving walls and appliances and plumbing, and creating permit-ready plans.

Am I missing a good option for this?
