I got Gas service turned on and the guy left me the paper showing name and Gas meter number 4-3-4 digits. Then gave me the QR code to go sign up for a credit card payment online. However, during the sign up process, it asks for last 4 digits of account/ credit card numbers.

Since I did not provid any payment information yet I assumed it has to be 4 digits account number. But where do I find the account number? I entered last 4 digits of gas meter number but it said information not found. Btw, the service got activated 4 days ago.

Just moved into an empty house and checking the gas stove. However, nothing works and I noticed the stove top have some kind of a spring loaded vertical beam that's likely to get pushed down if you put the pan on top of it. I wonder if this is a safety feature?
