Found several of these under one of the giant pine trees (they grow really high up). Each are about 5 lbs and the spikes are pretty sharp. Bad day for anyone who gets hit in the head by one of these.

Saw this as I left the office today. I thought it was just reporting the same accident, but there were at least 6 abandoned cars on the side of the H2 north as I drove home. Felt like I was in a Mad Max reboot.
