Winterton played hard as hell for us all season, all with his brother going through cancer treatment and eventually passing earlier this year.
Coming up on 2 years since I lost my mom to cancer.

Trying to understand if I can use Kalshi in WA

From what I’ve looked up Washington has taken Kalshi to court stating they consider it to be gambling. Am I still able to use Kalshi legally until anything in court is figured out? Or would the state potentially go after people in WA who’ve used it?
