Too much moisture?

AIO bag
SNAPES
Opened the bag about 10 days ago

There is a lot of moisture below the rubber band, is that going to cause issues. Does it look right, or like it needs more air?

Thanks in advance

1W after opening

How’s it look?

First stab at growing, so I’m learning as I go a lot.

I finally understand the “earthy” smell I had been reading about. I notice it’s a lot colder to the touch than it was before opening. Lots of condensation builds up the sides when I fan it twice a day.

Any feedback is appreciated!

72 hours post b&s (take 2)

I was too “soft” with the first b&s and didn’t really get a good mix. Myc came back with a vengeance after the second time though, definitely feeling better about the mixture

Break and shake question

SNAPES
4 pound bag
Inoculated 6/6

Magic bag says I should b&s about now, but everywhere I read it mentions to just let it be until at least 50% of the grain is colonized. Just looking for some sound advice regarding what I can see of the bag currently.

Thanks in advance!

First attempt

Will be 2nd full week as of tomorrow from inoculation. SNAPE. Really excited about the whole thing but I know it will be a trial and error mixed with lots of reading kind of experience. Took me years to get to where I’m comfortable and knowledgeable about how I grow my veggies and herbs… but trying to go into this with the background of: don’t just do something to do something because someone on reddit says to, but to truly understand why you do what you do.

First lesson I learned from this is don’t smash the plunger… the LC squirts far enough with minimal effort (should have known).

In any case I’ve seen SNAPE on here and was immediately drawn to the beauty of them and had to try!
