USFS Firefiighters pulled from fire due to threats

Firefighters pulled from Oregon-Idaho area wildfire over alleged rancher threats

>Firefighters were pulled Aug. 4 from a wildfire on the Oregon-Idaho state line because of confrontations with local ranchers trying to protect their land.

>Ranchers disagreed with firefighting tactics on the Tartar Fire burning 30 miles southeast of Baker City and allegedly issued threats to U.S Forest Service crews.

But hey, II guess they didn't kidnap anyone this time....

Other anime with a similar feel?

I liked the Disaster Trilogy, and have watched all of Shinkai's films. I recently watched "Lost in Starlight" (a Korean animated film) and felt that it had a somewhat similar vibe (albeit with older characters).

Other than Studio Ghibli (I've seen all of those), does anyone have any recommendations for other animated films or shows that catch that some sort of feel?

Like I look for other Japanese animation, and there's lots of mech-warriors or martial arts or kawaii/cute neo-Victorian type stuff going on. And that's all great, but just not for me.

Recommendations, anyone??

How to update the map?

I recently bought a 2017 Trail Hawk. Happy with it so far, although I kinda dread the air suspension going out.

But the map is the current issue. We recently had the map display up while driving across town. I turned onto a section of newish road that was built maybe five years ago. ...and the map showed me driving through open fields with no road.

It had clearly not been updated to reflect new road construction, which is a bit of an issue as I live in an area that has seen some crazy population growth and associated construction over the decade since that car was built.

I have a bit of a road trip coming up next week and it would be nice to use the onboard map rather than google maps on my phone.

How does one get the map to update?

I just purchased a 2017 Trailhawk (yay!).

I had a Yakima rack on my previous SUV. I know that the towers from the previous rack won't work, but the crossbars and other doodads will if I get the right towers.

Question #1: Yakima recommends these towers and landing pads:

https://yakima.com/products/landing-pad-base?variant=40891429027888

Do I need them both to attach to the raised rail thing?

Question #2: Can I attached these towers instead on the little groove that runs the length of the roof?

I'm wondering because I have some pretty long kayaks (10.5 feet) and would prefer to have the crossbars further apart to hold them.
