Is Modipuram to Noida Electronic City commute worth it for 15 office days/month?

I'm currently living on rent near Noida sector 75 but I'm considering moving back to Modipuram (Meerut) and buying a car.

I only need to go to the office 15 days a month. For those who regularly travel between Meerut and Noida, is the daily commute manageable or does it become exhausting over time?

Would you choose commuting by car (possibly CNG) or continue renting near the office in this situation?

Looking for real experiences and advice. Thanks!

Can AJIO Gift Cards Be Used to Buy Gold Coins?

Can I buy an AJIO gift card from the CRED Store at a 7% discount and then use that gift card balance to purchase a gold coin on AJIO Gold? Is this allowed, or are gold coin purchases excluded from gift card payments?

Am I a Red Flag for Recruiters? Seeking Feedback on My Career Path

Am I likely to be viewed as a red flag by recruiters or hiring managers based on my career progression as a Backend Developer?

My experience so far:

• 1 year 8 months at a multinational company (MNC)

• 6 months at a product-based company

• 1 year 10 months at a consulting firm as a Senior Developer

• 4 months (currently) at a consulting firm working with large enterprise clients

I'm interested in understanding how this career path might be perceived by HR teams and whether the relatively short tenures at some companies could impact future job opportunities.
