Yes, I bought into BRN when I was first building my portfolio and had no idea. Since then the stock has dropped about 92% in value. I've held on for the lols.

Under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), this small group has exercised their right to access BrainChip's register of members, which includes your contact details.

As an organisation committed to transparency and strict regulatory compliance, we have promptly provided the requested contact details in accordance with our statutory obligations. Because you may receive communications from this group, we wanted to proactively make you aware of the situation. The Board is concerned that any action this group may undertake against the management and Board of Brainchip will seriously disrupt the Company's strategic plan, employee morale, and will negatively impact our path to commercial success.

The Board remains fully united in our vision and confidence in BrainChip's current direction and Executive Team. We would like to take this opportunity to reaffirm our position and progress:
