New to singing how do I sing like juice wrld. More specifically trying to hit high notes like him

I'm 13 years old and a male, I've been listening to juice wrld, other rappers and some rock since I was ten and decided I want to try sing. My goal is to try sing some higher notes and make them sound good and not cringe. I just have no idea on were to start. I'm broke and can't really afford lessons and the yt videos I watch are usually for non beginners and they don't make that much sense and use pianos and stuff which I have no idea on. Please help!

How can I avoid vocal fry when singing/rapping melodicly

How can I just straight up avoid vocal fry when singing/melodic rapping and have a more non raspy and smoother voice. I'm pretty new to this stuff so it would be great if u guys could tell me sum things and give me exercises to do or smth
