SIR Exercise - Mapping Process and Progeny Mapping
Hi everyone,

I'm not sure if this exercise is already done everywhere else or the exercise is still going on. Today some people rang my door bell and stated they were from the 'municipality'. My Dad answered and they asked for the voter ID and whether we were here for the 2002 elections and voted. He was about to give them our IDs before I intervened and asked them for their IDs. Except for one , the other two didn't have one and one of them was a guy.

I told them if you are from the MCC why don't guys have IDs for this process and the guy literally says 'Why should we carry out IDs?'. I told him if you don't have IDs then I can't give you any details. He literally brushed me off and told the other two people to move to other houses.

Now , we live in a community and have an association. I expected the manager to inform all of us that such people for the exercise are here and so please do the needful but they were on leave.

I have no issues in providing information but I have hesitation to give away details without verifying credentials of the person who has come to do official work (Passport Verification, Surveying etc)

If anyone has encountered this recently do let me know and also if this exercise is still going on.
