ZSA Voyager Customer Support
ZSA customer support has just been outstanding, every question answered and every problem resolved with a positive attitude, truly top 1% of customer service experiences. I actually enjoy talking to them instead of dreading it. Just told all my tech friends regarding the voyager and the other offerings. Also just ordered the trackpad. I am getting used to my voyager so much i am ordering a second one for the office, just in case one dies I don't want to be without a spare.
Only room for improvement - please hire more people so orders ship faster. The wait is killing us (not really but faster is better, US Customs slows things down a lot)
