I’m looking for a budget dap for streaming Qobuz , no local files. This will be for casual home use with a pair of AFUL Polarnight flatheads. I’d prefer the 3/32 version for the price, but ai tells me that the 3gb of ram is going to cause the Qobuz app to glitch due to background Android processes consuming ram. Anyone have any experience with this? Do I need the 4/64 JM21 in order to smoothly stream Qobuz?
Thinking about trying these out. Should I get the 3.5mm version or the 4.4mm. Most likely will be using them with Fiio BTR17.
Edit : The other flatheads on my radar are the Aful Polarnight. Almost half the price. How do they compare.
I wanted to dip my toes into the Ultra pond and took a chance on buying a like new Ultra 1 from Amazon Resale, shipped and sold by Amazon. The watch came today and I'm totally happy. It's indistinguishable from new, has 100% battery health, and came with unused genuine charging cable and orange Alpine Loop all in original packaging. Serial number checks out, only downside is no warranty, but I expected that. $300.
I’m considering a premium refurbed Ultra from Amazon. How are the generic Ocean bands that come with them? Are they usable, or should I plan on immediately needing to upgrade the band? Along those same lines, does the same hold with the charging cable? Thanks.
