Not sure what I’m doing wrong or if the files aren’t compatible. I’ve printed several things up to this point but I’m new to having a 3D printer. For the elf figure, I did not include supports and I think that may be the problem there. What would you recommend for the settings for the supports?

I just added Whitney and Ash to my collection. I rebodied Whitney and restyled her hair. I redid Ash’s hair to be more like the animated character on the box. What do you guys think? 😊
As the story goes, Whitney was exploring an unknown planet when she came across a candle-like creature that was using its light source to absorb her energy. The little guy soon realized she was immune to his power. Intrigued, he followed her around the forest of this planet and as she was boarding her space craft he insisted he come with her. She couldn’t resist his cuteness and she lovingly names him Litwick. Whitney and her colleagues began to call the unknown planet Lume and plan to go back soon to explore.
