For those on high doses 30mg - 60mg a day, how did you find the right dose? Each increase is getting better.

Coming with severe anxiety for over 10 years.
Started off at 10mg (5 twice), then moved to 15mg (10 and 5), then to 20mg (10 and 10), then 25mg (15 and 10), and now 30mg (20 and 10). Working with my psychiatrist as well.
Stayed on 25mg for 4 weeks and I’m on third day of 30mg. Taking 20mg in the morning and 10 in the afternoon. Each dose I’ve gone up I’ve felt better with my current dose bringing me more peace, especially this transition from 15mg to 20mg in the morning.
For those on high doses, how did you find the right dose? Any advice or tips would be appreciated!
