Rasieren während GaOP Krankenhausaufenthalt

Hallo!

Should I up my dose

This is probably the billionth question about dosages this week 😪 but I wanted to ask anyway because I've been unsure on what to do

I've been on hormones for a little over 2 years now and I currently take 6mg of estradiol sublingually, one pill every 8 hours (more or less). I also take 25mg of cyproterone acetate every 2 days.

My testosterone is fine and I'm not really worried about it. My total testosterone is 0.2 ng/ml and my free androgen index is below 0.3.

I've been wondering if I should up my estradiol dose to 8mg a day though. Currently my estradiol at trough is somewhere at around 110 pg/ml (peak is at around 2000 pg/ml). As far as I know that's in range but on the lower end of the range. I've mostly been wondering because I'm always tired and get night sweats pretty frequently too, so I'm wondering if maybe my estradiol is a little too low for my body. I would ask my doctor but my next appointment won't be until December and he's also a little weird. He wouldn't test my DHT when I asked him even though my old doctors at the same clinic always tested DHT without me even asking.

Another thing I'm worried about is my SHBG because it's really high. I'm not sure right now if it's always been high or if it slowly went up the longer I've been on HRT (I don't have my old labs on hand right now to check), but currently my SBHG measures at over 250nmol/l. I'm not sure if upping my estradiol dose is gonna make the SBHG to estradiol ratio worse or better but lowkey I'm willing to just try and then see what my levels look like next time I get my blood tested.

I guess I'm just looking for some second opinions 🤧 Do you guys think raising my dosage from 6mg to 8mg a day would be unnecessary or even harmful or do you think I should go for it
