I’m flying into Bosnia and two Schengen countries in a couple weeks. I have three psychiatric meds I need to bring, one of them for my adhd. Obviously i know adhd meds are narcotics and some of them are banned all together.
have a travel letter confirming my prescriptions, doses and diagnosis’, keeping everything in their original packaging and will declare my Ritalin but for some reason I’m still scared 😭 has anyone done this before?

Has anyone else felt extremely unsafe in Rome? I went two years ago and I just hate it, I walked alone for 10 minutes at night time (I know it’s stupid, but I didn’t like the people I was with and wanted to go back to the hostel) and genuinely every man I encountered would cat call me and try to start following me, I ended up running half of the way 😭
Also I went to Croatia and ended up in a reallyyyy bad situation with these two Italian guys (from Rome!) that wouldn’t let me leave their place unless I had a threesome with them 🫠
I’ve been on bupropion for 7 weeks ish with week 1 at 150 then 300 and unfortunately I’ve noticed no change in my anxiety or mood. I had some worsened symptoms at the start which I know were common side effects but since then nothings changed.
I saw my psychiatrist yesterday and instead of swapping me to something else he just prescribed me Ritalin as well😭 obviously I’ll take it lol but he was saying that sometimes the conjunction of two medications makes it work better, essentially with the ritalin, my bupropion will kick in. I have low hopes for this and the two ssris I tried previously worked noticeably in 2-3 weeks (stopped due to bad side effects)
Anyyywayyy if it’s taken anyone else a longer than average to feel/see a difference, plz lmk
I was set on doing the Valbona to theth hike in Albania this July, staying at wanderes hostel the night before as they organise everything for you, but the dates that work best for me have sold out 😭 I booked in a night incase but it messes up my itinerary so has anyone done this hike staying at a different hostel to wanderers, I’ve heard tias hostel is good ?
HELP I’m so confused, 4 years ago I got diagnosed with gsv1 from a sexual health clinic, the man who gave it to me also had hsv1 and I transmitted it to someone genitally 2 years ago as well.
Last week I asked my doctor to get on suppressive antivirals because im getting flareups really often, I did a swab and the results say GSHV2????
I am so confused I’ve just contacted the sexual clinic to ask for my original results but again, I transmitted hsv1 to someone and the man who gave it to me had hsv1??? I know I can have both but since my diagnosis I don’t have unprotected sex at all
