I just received my LOQ ryzen 250 5060 16gb ram, about 3 days ago, i was listening to music when the computer just froze and crashed and said some kernel mode heap corruption and then restarted like normal and got some nvidia error message popup. Whts wrong, and is the hardware okay or do i return the laptop? please help thank you
