I’m so confused what it could be.
I’m on a week of Ferber with my 6 month old. Since the start of it she took to me putting her down in the crib awake well, falling asleep on her own after a few minutes each night. My issue/ confusion is middle of the night wakes. The past two nights she’s woken up at 1:30am and 3:30am and put herself back to sleep. Tonight’s middle of the night wake (and another time) the 3,5,7,10 interval doesn’t seem to work and she works herself up so much so I gave her a bottle tonight at 3am (another night at 5am) because on my other post redditors said she still needs a motn feed at this age. Is that okay? I get mom gut at a certain cry/point. She goes back to sleep for 2/3 hours til 7am-ish wake up. Her naps are capped at 2.5 like suggested and her wake windows are 2.5/2.5/2.5/3 8:30 bedtime.
