Anti-vax mom sent me a Facebook post, don’t know how to respond, I’m still heated.
My 6month old had his checkup yesterday and the recommended shots. Of course I saw the EO from Trump so I’m sure that’s why she sent this. This isn’t the first time she’s brought this up, while pregnant she told me “don’t take Tylenol” and at his 4month shots, he got a fever and she was side eyeing and making comments about how she wishes he didn’t get “all those vaccines” (Her adult children are fully vaccinated by the way) I guess I’m just looking for some way to respond. This post literally says NOTHING. Not a single data point, no author, no studies cited. Not even a date range. The categories aren’t even the same. And I’m supposed to actually consider that???? This isn’t even left vs right in my opinion it’s more like… stupidity and zero media literacy. I hate it here.
