i’m on my third VPR rewatch, so my opinions on everyone are pretty solid. i just can’t figure out why she’s such a villain to so many people!!!!

Rewatching scandoval and I can’t believe how worried Schwartz was that HE was cancelled because he was associated with Sandoval?
He knew for so long that’s why he was cancelled

I cannot focus on anything other than how nasty everyone is to Katie. I feel like bashing my head against a wall… no one is in this girls corner except Lala (my girl fr fr). This SUR fight during Lisa’s birthday made me sick. Anyways. I just need to get this out there lol.

So I went to Sur for the first time this weekend and planned on just getting a drink and maybe goat cheese balls, because everyone says the food is not good (on this subreddit, twitter, etc). We ended up getting the Chicken Caesar Salad and the Goat Cheese Balls and they were VERY GOOD. While it was expensive felt totally worth it given there were current main cast members serving as well.

TLDR; was surprised the food was good at SUR given online sentiments

She’s just so insufferable. It’s so frustrating wanting to root for her when she consistently plays the victim and makes issues bigger than they need to be. I know she’s still a Sandoval dick rider to this day so that also doesn’t help either. It’s just unfortunate.

I started watching VPR because of Scandoval, currently on S4E10 and watching Ariana and Tom and how happy they were makes me sad because I know deep down scandoval happens in the future. Like when she was saying how she's never thought about marriage but she's thought about it with Tom :/ But I do think she's better off without him for sure

I'm watching the reunion. Why do we think that Sandoval was so enraged with Stassi specifically, compared to Jax and Kristen. The only thing I can think of is that he was still in deep denial even though he knew what happened between Jax and Kristen was true.

He basically says "you're acting like the biggest victim in all of this".. but she was victimized. She was manipulated and betrayed by her best friend.

Lala put out a whole “clapback” podcast episode today responding to Mauricio calling her a liar, but I think the nuance here is important. Mauricio wasn’t calling her a liar for saying he DM’d her — he literally posted the DM himself. He was calling her a liar for the way she framed it publicly.

Lala said she never opened/read the message, yet she also shared that he asked her to get coffee — which naturally created a certain implication around the interaction. The issue is, the coffee line was at the end of the DM. So if she never actually read the message, how did she know that detail?

That’s why this feels less like an outright lie and more like intentional framing. Lala is incredibly media savvy and knows exactly how to present something in the most headline-generating way possible while still leaving herself wiggle room later. Listening back, it honestly felt like she knew the story would spark speculation, discourse, headlines, and podcast clicks… and it did. Now there’s an entire follow-up episode about it and everyone’s talking.

Not really taking either side because Mau DMing her at all is still a little weird. But if he felt she was intentionally presenting the exchange in a misleading way to imply something flirtier than reality, I can understand why he publicly pushed back. Curious what everyone else thinks.

so i’m on season 8 and i’ve never liked scheana from the moment she appeared on my screen. immediately called bullshit on her. i mean it’s just scene after her scene of her overplaying for the camera or her talking shit about this person to get camera time. but as i’m watching season 8 it’s just too freakin much. it’s like she’s lost all awareness. every scene is her crying over literally nothing. crying cus she got called boy crazy. like hello you are. then she tries to look all big and bad by bein a bitch to dayna. she shows up to sur not scheduled when cameras are rolling to rebring up the “boy crazy” comment. and now after finding out max wasn’t at sur but out with the boys, shows up unannounced and ask the boys to leave their table so she can have a scene with max. like it’s just becoming unbearable to watch cus it feels so calculated and planned. like everything is just a camera moment for her.

After she found out that Randall was a fraud, she found out that her ring he claimed was like $40k was like a 10th of that and that the diamond is of poor quality and has been treated to appear valuable. Now, she is wearing it as a pendant, presumably to appear well off. She ranted about that junk ring and look at her now

How did she not get fired after being so secretive (and blatantly lying) about her relationship, fleeing without a word in the middle of the season, and rumours of her getting certain cast members to sign NDAs? I would’ve thought Lisa would never take her back especially after just ghosting the whole production. Even at the season 5 reunion when Andy says bye to her he says something like “good luck with whatever’s next for you”, making it sound like she’s not going to be back. What changed?

Finally saw the infamous Brandi Glanville-Scheana Shay scene at SUR and it’s truly a foreshadowing of Scheana’s trajectory in public life. 

When the Brandi-Scheana conflict started brewing at SUR, Lisa had the chance to tell Scheana to go work somewhere else, but she’s too calculated to see the soap opera unfolding.

Lisa saw this naive gal from the L.A. suburbs that yearned to be famous and went with it.

Developing Scheana as innocent, outgoing, and wanting to be accepted by everyone, yet willing to step into drama and take opportunities that don’t seem practical at all (including all of her relationships).  

Brandi basically scolds and questions her motives, while Scheana responds with typical mistress reasons. 

That Eddie took her to bars/restaurants, got her jewelry, and they went on a trip to Mammoth!!

Honestly, that explains everything about Scheana Shay after this scene. 

She’s constantly seeking the next opportunity to get attention, while inserting herself into drama that will ultimately backfire on her. 

While we all have to suffer through Janet and Jason for another season of The Valley, Scheana could have easily replaced her.

YET!!! She had to make comments and put out a book that would ultimately prevent that from happening. 

All while Lisa Vanderpump collects that producer credit on The Valley.

Scheana is probably still waiting for that call for Dancing With The Stars....
